How to Set Up Sabre Sync in YaalaGo

Sabre Sync connects your YaalaGo agency to Sabre GDS, letting you import PNRs directly into trips with a single click — no copy-pasting, no manual entry.

📋 5 steps ⏱ ~5 minutes to set up 👤 Agency admin required

ℹ️ Before you begin You need Agency admin access in YaalaGo and at least one active Sabre PCC (Pseudo City Code). If you're unsure of your PCC codes, contact your Sabre account manager.

  1. Open Agency Settings

From your YaalaGo dashboard, click your profile avatar in the top-right corner to open the account menu, then select GDS Connection Panel.

💡 Alternatively, navigate to Settings → Agency in the left sidebar and click the Settings tab inside the Edit Agency page.

  1. Request GDS Access

Click the Request Access button on the right side of the Settings tab. The Request Access modal will open.

Inside the modal:

  • Select Sabre as your GDS (Amadeus is also available if needed).

  • Check each Master PCC you want to connect — e.g. 4B8K, AZ4K, IH6K, M85L.

  • Don't see your PCC? Type it into the "Request a new one" field and press Enter — a new PCC request will be submitted.

  • Click Submit Request.

Awaiting approval After submitting, YaalaGo's system administrator reviews the request. Once approved, the GDS bot is activated for your agency. You'll receive a notification when it's ready.

  1. Import a PNR from GDS

Once your access is approved, go to Trips → Add Trip. Click the Import From GDS button in the top-right corner of the Add Trip page.

In the Import from GDS dialog:

  • Select your PCC from the dropdown (e.g. M85L).

  • Enter the PNR code (booking reference) — e.g. ABCD12.

  • Click Import.

  1. Wait for the GDS Bot to Fetch the PNR

After clicking Import, YaalaGo's GDS bot runs in the background to fetch the booking data from Sabre. This takes a moment. You'll see a notification in the bell icon when it's done.

When the notification reads "PNR import complete — Done", click the → Pending trips (GDS) link inside it to be taken directly to the review queue.

  1. Review and Convert the Pending Trip

In Pending Trips (GDS), you'll see the imported booking row. It shows the Agency, PNR, PCC, Source (Sabre), flights, client name, and ticket number.

From the action icons on the right of the row:

  • ➕ Convert to Trip — turns the pending record into a full YaalaGo trip.

  • 🔄 Re-fetch — pulls fresh data from Sabre if the booking changed.

  • 👁 View raw data — shows the raw GDS screen data and decoded itinerary.

  • 🗑 Delete — removes the pending record without creating a trip.

When you click Convert, YaalaGo pre-fills the trip form with all flight information, client details, and ticket numbers imported from Sabre. A date verification dialog appears — review each flight's departure and arrival dates and click Apply Changes to finalize.

Trip created! The booking is now a full YaalaGo trip, complete with flight segments, client info, and ticket numbers — all without manual data entry.

Quick Reference: The Full Workflow

  2. Wait for approval — admin activates the GDS bot for your agency.

  3. Trips → Add Trip → Import From GDS — enter PCC + PNR, click Import.

  4. Watch the bell 🔔 — notification fires when PNR fetch is complete.

  5. Pending Trips (GDS) — convert the record, verify dates, save the trip.
